About the event
Jeremy comes from a marketing and management background. His community activities began in 1989 with his wife Marilyn, launching Red Nose Day in NSW and a successful prevention campaign for SIDS. From 2004, Jeremy was the founding chief executive of MS research Australia, raising $25 million over nine years, aiming to help solve multiple sclerosis.
Jeremy joined the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove, NSW, in 2009 and was immediately involved with Indigenous Affairs and a global grant. He has since organised the Climate Action and Peace Committee, led the Cove's marshalling at Mardi Gras, and facilitated a medical repurposing project group with RAWCS. For five years, he has been the district's Grants Subcommittee chair and helped establish RI's Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group in 2015.
